A concierge greets new residents and visitors to the Gathering Place in the main building. Residents here participate in programming, dining and group activities. The front room features a warm fireplace and comfortable furniture with multiple seating options.

The Meditation Room is respectful of all faiths, and is a quiet place for prayer, meditation or quiet reflection for residents, small group meetings and visiting family.

Residents gather in the dining room for three daily meals. Breakfast is flexible with made-to-order menu options like omelets. Lunch includes soup, salad, and a daily special.
A snack bar in the Lodge is available for residents during the day and evening.

Men and women are housed in separate residential wings, with 8 to 12 rooms per wing. Each wing has its own living space with comfortable seating and televisions.

Residential rooms come with a full-size bed, desk, wardrobe and sink. Mattresses can be flipped for a pillow top or firmer surface depending on individual preference.
A fitness center in the residential building offers treadmills, elliptical machines and strength training equipment.

The nurses station is adjacent to four medical stabilization rooms. A nurse is on-site 24/7, and a psychiatrist makes rounds regularly.

Most residents begin their stay in this private medical stabilization room for 24 to 72 hours. They will receive close care and monitoring for mild to moderate withdrawal symptoms. They then go on to one of the other 28 residential rooms.
